Generally

I charge $180 an hour and provide detailed monthly statements describing the work performed.  
 

Contingent Fee

I accept contingent fee contracts for most personal injury and medical malpractice cases. I charge 25% for any case that is resolved prior to suit being filed, 33.3% for any case that is settled after it is filed but before the matter is tried, and 40% for any judgment received after a trial.
 

Flat Fees

Some clients prefer the certainty of knowing exactly what a case will cost. I do provide flat fees that I will negotiate on a case by case basis.
