I charge $150 an hour for the time we use to discuss your estate planning needs. The following charges apply to the preparation of certain documents.

Living Trust                                  - $750
Power of Attorney - Bus              - $150
Power of Attorney - Health          - $100
Combination of Will and
Power of Attorney - Bus/Health   - $400

Other trusts and estate planning tools will be based on an hourly basis and determine on a case by case basis. More complicated estate plans for clients with large estates range in cost from $750 - $3,000.
