I believe it is imperative to turn every stone and to explore every avenue. I begin by preparing for trial and I expect that every case will be tried. It is only when the prosecutor understands that you are prepared, able, and willing to try a case that they will truly negotiate.

I have handled just about every type of criminal case, including Murder, Rape, Child Abuse, Robbery, Burglary, Battery, Meth Labs, Drug Sales, Drug Possession and DUI.
